Organizational Refocusing
The center's head, a previous Amazon UK leader, confirmed that nearly eighty separate studies at the organization with 440 employees have been terminated, spun out or completed because they do not align with the revised strategy.

The institute has faced workplace difficulties since last year as staff protested against restructuring, culminating in a group of employees registering an official concern to the relevant regulatory body.
