Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.

Furthermore included in this latest image drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key labelling various sections of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
